Mocha Truffles

Okay, so Aunt Lisa is no longer “Aunt” Lisa, but her truffles remain part of the family of good taste.
ingredients
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 6 oz. package of chocolate chips
- 1 egg yolk
- chocolate wafer crumbs
- 2 scant cups of powdered sugar
directions

Melt and cool chocolate chips.

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk. Mix well. Add coffee, rum and cooled chocolate.

Refrigerate until firm enough to roll into balls.

Roll in crumbs.

Freeze well.
