Weber Duck Inn Cheese
Dad has made this recipe for as long as I can remember. Makes a great Christmas present.
Wonderful on crackers, stuffed in celery, and on toasted bagels or English muffins.
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 2/3 oz Roquefort or any high quality blue-veined cheese
- 2 2/3 oz Butter
- 1 t Paprika
- 1 Pimento (canned), chopped
- 1 small Green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1/3 C Sliced stuffed green olives
Note from AOK: Betty’s father, who was a Methodist pastor, got this recipe from an inn that existed at some time on Cape Cod, named the Weber Duck. He used to give it to friends at Christmas, and for many years we did the same.
