ingredients
- 3-4 racks of baby back pork ribs
- (important that they are baby back because you do not have to pre-cook the ribs)
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 3 tblsp of sambal olek or chili garlic sauce
- 2 tblsp vegetable oil
