- 1/8 cup capers...dry well
- 1/8 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons anchovies, chopped
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 oz. thinly sliced Prosciutto
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- fresh basil
