Jerk Shrimp with Island Salsa
ingredients
- Large raw shrimp with tails (4-6 per person)1-2 lbs.
- Salsa:
- 1 Cup Chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 Cup Chopped mango {I used canned}
- 1 Cup Chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion or sweet
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Combine ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use
