chicken pizzaiola --Lupo’s !

easy and delicious....even I cannot make a mistake!!!!!
ingredients
- 1 or 2 lbs. chicken breasts--I sometime use chicken tenders instead.
- 1 or 2 large baking potatoes-cut in chunks
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 can peas...small or big depending on amount of chicken.
- mushrooms if like
- 1 large can of crushed tomatoes
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. organo
- salt/
