Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb pot roast
  • 10.5 oz can beef broth
  • 10.5 oz can beef consume
  • 10.5 oz can french onion soup
  • rolls
  • swiss, mozzarella, or provolone cheese

directions

Cut roast into big chunks. Put roast and liquids into crock pot; cook on low 8-10 hours. After about 8 hours, shred the meat. Spoon meat onto rolls, top with cheese, and serve with beef juice.
