Adriana’s Orange Granita

  • 1 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Grated zest of 2 oranges
  • Juice from 6 oranges
  • Juice from 1 lemon


In a saucepan add water, orange zest, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until sugar dissolves. Let cool. Mix in orange and lemon juice. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours then scrape ice with a fork.
