Beef Burgundy
My bud Nick Hillyer came up with this tasty meat recipe. Tender pieces of London broil cooked slowly in a crock pot. Very simple to make. And makes the house smell great.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 to2 Lb. London Broil , cut in stir-fry strips.
- 1 Can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Soup can water
- 1 Soup can Red wine
- 1 package dry onion soup
- 1 Can Mushroom pieces,drained.
- Wide egg noodles

Mix together, cook in Crock Pot , 5-6 hrs@ Medium ,or, 3 hours Low +2 hours High.

Serve over wide egg noodles

NOTE:- DO NOT substitute with cream of mushroom soup.
