Breakfast Gravy
Great served with 2 ingredient biscuits.
ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons baccon grease
- 2 Tablespoons self rising flour
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper (optional) to taste

For *brown* gravy turn the heat down a bit and let the grease and flour get brown, watching very carefully and stirring constantly so it won't burn, before adding the milk.
