Shrimp Creole

Aunt Jocie makes this recipe. I looked at it and thought it looked really boring. Then I made it. Well, not only is it NOT boring, it is good and easy!

  • Sautee onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil for 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, paprika and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp, heating thoroughly. Serve over rice.
