It’s the condiments that make it special!

ingredients

Combine the following ingredients:
  • 4 oz. finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 oz. finely chopped celery
  • 2 oz. finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 oz. finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon very finely chopped garlic
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon chopped olives
  • 2 oz. finely chopped red or green bell pepper
Mix these ingredients together:
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 3/4 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 25 fluid ounces tomato juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Condiments that are oh so good to serve:
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped hard boiled egg
  • Chopped spring onions
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Chopped avocado
  • Chopped cilantro
  • Croutons
  • Sliced olives

    Pour the juice mixture over the vegetable mixture in a bowl. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

    Serve cold. Offer condiments with soup so that each person can create their own favorite taste.
