A rich and hearty lasagna with just the right kick from the italian sausage. A big italian taste from a little italian man!
1 Small Lasagna Noodles, cooked
1 Pound Italian Sausage
1 Pound Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs
1 Large Large Curd Cottage Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Large Spaghetti Sauce
16 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
1. Fry hamburger and sausage.
2. Mix sausage and hamburger with eggs, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese.
3. Layer noodles, meat mixture, cheese, sauce, repeat in 10x15.
4. Sprinkle little parmesan cheese on top.
5. Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
6. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

This lasagna reheats well, so don't be afraid of the large portions. Or just cut the ingredients in half and bake in an 8x8 pan instead.
