Cheesy Hash Browns
A great side dish for gatherings, a rich & cheesy delight!
ingredients
- 2 Lbs Shredded frozen hash browns
- 2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 16 oz Sour cream
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients and add to a well-sprayed 9 by 13 pan.

Bake covered for 60-90 minutes @ 375 degrees (remove cover during last 15 minutes)

Alternative: Cook in a well-sprayed crock pot set on high for 2-3 hours

Tip: cut the fats down using low fat soup, fat free sour cream and the light chedder cheese.

Freezes well - for home try baking half and freezing half for another time.
