Chicken & Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked & chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t each, sage and oregano
  • 1 t parsley
  • 1 cup bread crumbs


Cook and chop broccoli, drain well. Place broccoli and cooked chicken in lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Combine rest of ingredients except crumbs in saucepan and stir until smooth. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and top w/bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
