Brunswick Stew
This is my Great Aunt Nell’s recipe. It’s the best I’ve ever had before.
ingredients
- 1 hen (or rotisserie chicken)
- 1 lb pork, cooked and chopped
- 2 cans tiny butterbeans
- 3 cans tomatoes
- 3 cans shoepeg corn
- 3 potatoes, grated
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery (optional)
- 1 T Worchestershire Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- “Liberal amount of butter” to taste
