This is my Great Aunt Nell’s recipe. It’s the best I’ve ever had before.

ingredients

  • 1 hen (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 lb pork, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cans tiny butterbeans
  • 3 cans tomatoes
  • 3 cans shoepeg corn
  • 3 potatoes, grated
  • 1 onion
  • 2 stalks celery (optional)
  • 1 T Worchestershire Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • “Liberal amount of butter” to taste
