- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups quinoa
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
