ingredients

  • 2 jars of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 4oz of frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz grated mozzarella cheese
  • pinch of crushed red pepper

    Preheat oven to 350°

    Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe dish.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

  • 4

    Serve with sturdy crackers.
