Hot Artichoke Dip
ingredients
- 2 jars of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4oz of frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 oz grated mozzarella cheese
- pinch of crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe dish.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with sturdy crackers.
