Split Pea Soup

  • 1 pkg split peas
  • 1 envelope Onion Soup
  • Ham or ham bone


Fill Dutch oven about 3/4 w/water - you can add more later if you need to. Add peas, soup, and ham bone (w/as much ham on it as you want). Cover and cook on very low heat for several hours, stirring from time to time.


I do this in the Crock Pot, too. Easy Peasy. (No pun intended. Really.)
