Chicken Spaghetti
This is my all-time favorite recipe of Kaki’s. She knew how much I loved it, and would make it for many of our visits with her.
ingredients
- 1 hen (4-5lbs) boiled and cut up in small pieces (save broth)
- OR
- get a rotisserie chicken or two and a can of broth
- 2 green peppers
- 3 lg onions
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 lb pkg spaghetti noodles
- 2 c Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 lg can Mushrooms
- 1 sm jar Pimiento
- 1 lb grated Sharp Cheddar
- 3 T Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 c chopped Celery
- 3 T Worchestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper

Makes 3-4 casseroles for freezing. If you freeze it, thaw before cooking. It takes a LONG time to thaw.
