PaulaDarling's Mexican Chicken
(it’s Paula Deen’s basic recipe, but I Kimmified it!)
ingredients
- Vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar of Pace Thick & Chunky salsa (I use the medium, with the green lid)
- 1 whole chicken, cooked, boned, and chopped or 4 cups leftover cooked chicken
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar
