(it’s Paula Deen’s basic recipe, but I Kimmified it!)

ingredients

  • Vegetable oil cooking spray
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar of Pace Thick & Chunky salsa (I use the medium, with the green lid)
  • 1 whole chicken, cooked, boned, and chopped or 4 cups leftover cooked chicken
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar
