- 3-5 pound brisket
- 1 can of Coke
- 1 packet of Lipton Onion soup seasoning
- Approximately 1/3-1/2 jar of Chili sauce
- Approximately 1/4 cup of Yellow Mustard (spread and add more if needed)
Place brisket (fatty side down) in large baking dish
Rub onion season over brisket.
Spread chili sauce and mustard on brisket.
Pour can of Coke over Brisket.
Place in oven at 375 for approximately 3 hours, or until Brisket appears to be completely cooked.
Take Brisket out of pan and let sit. Put jus in separate container, allowing to cool so fat separates. Scrape fat off of top.
When ready to serve, warm brisket and jus.
