- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Whipped cream, optional
