Corn Casserole

My ex-mother- in- law is a fabulous cook. So many dishes that I consider comfort food are from her recipes. But my all time favorite is her corn casserole. Today, a family holiday just isn’t the same without it.
ingredients
- 1 stick margarine or butter melted
- 1 can whole kernel corn - drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 8 oz container sour cream
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3/4 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
