Homemade Potato Chips and Avocado Ranch Dip
Homemade baked potato chips are a healthier alternative to store-bought fried chips. The dip is also great with vegetables, pita, or “veggie straws.”
ingredients
- Chips:
- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- sea salt
- Dip:
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
