Amy's Easy Chicken Pot Pie
A quick and easy dinner that is a great way to use leftover chicken!
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 jar or can of chicken gravy
½ tbsp Krazy Mixed up Pepper (or salt & pepper to taste)
2 cans of mixed vegetables (drained)
1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients (except for the puff pastry) in a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with the puff pastry and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the contents are bubbling and the puff pastry is golden brown. (you may need to cover with aluminum foil to prevent the puff pastry from burning)
