  • 2 lb Brie wheel
  • 5 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes, minced
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons sun-dried tomato oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • 3 Tablespoons pine nuts, toasted and chopped

To serve warm, bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or just until cheese starts to melt.
