  • 1/3 cup margarine (NOT melted)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
