Judy’s Jubilant Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Maggie RiveraMaggie Rivera

This cake is moist and delicious. It’s great with coffee, milk, etc. It freezes great too. If you have bananas that are getting too ripe, put them in the freezer (no need to wrap if the skins are intact). You can peel them and use them in this recipe (or just cut off the end and squeeze them out. Little kids love to help with this part.) They look dark and gross, but work very well.
