- 1 lb Ground Chuck
- 1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1 large Garlic Clove, minced
- 2 (29 oz) cans of Tomato Sauce
- 1 (12 oz) can of Tomato Paste
- 1 (14 1/2 oz) can Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Red Wine
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 6 dashes Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- 1 Bay Leaf
