CBC’s Chocolate Cupcakes

This recipe goes back a long way. In 1966-67 Hope was the pastry assistant for CBC and used this recipe to prepare chocolate cake for all of CBC. Later, between 1993-1995, Hope helped the kids do a cupcake business at the Alliance Academy, for fund raising. We had big ideas of getting rich which didn’t happen.It did pay for some projects but was alot of work and basically immunized our kids from cupcakes for the rest of their lives.
