Rancher’s Choice Mexican Salad
Hope calls this her 3 bean salad and it brightens up most special occasions. We like the varied of colors you can put on a plate. She started using it in Mexico. In Cuba Hope couldn’t find the beans to make it. She saw it in a Kraft magazine. This is a selection of vegetables from Celeste’s counter in Morrocco.
- COMBINE 1 can each of drained corn niblets and black beans.
- Add 1/2 cup (123 mL) finely chopped red onion and 2 cups (500 mL) chopped red pepper.
- COMBINE 1/2 cyo (125 mL) Kraft Classics Rancher’s Choice dressing with 1/2 tsp (2 ML) each cumin and chili powder.
