Ingredients

For Salsa
  • 3 c Fresh Cranberries, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Cloves garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 c Cilantro, Chopped
  • 4 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeds removed and chopped (optional)
  • 2/3 c Sugar
  • Juice from 2 limes
For Cheese Bomb
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (Room Temp)
  • 4 oz Butter (Room Temp)
  • 2 oz Goat cheese (Room Temp)

    For Salsa:

    Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until use… Best when sits for a few hours or overnight.

    For Cheese Bomb:

    Process all ingredients in a food processor (or use a hand mixer) until smooth. Form into a ball, wrap with wax paper (or plastic wrap) and chill till firm.

    To Serve:

    Spoon Cranberry Salsa on top of cheese bomb. Serve with crackers (like Wheat thins) or tortilla chips
