Chili Corn Spoonbread - Judy
Judy found this recipe many years ago in Sunset Magazine and it has become a real favorite. Great potluck pleaser.
ingredients
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 16 oz can cream style corn
- 1 4oz can diced green chilis
- 2 cups grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
