- 3 Tbl. cocoa
- 2 1/2 cups sifted, cake flour
- 1 tsp salt
- No-Cook Icing:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 tsp. “Adams Best” Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. Adams Butter Flavor
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk (approx.)
