Breakfast turkey roll ups

Carey Carey

I love these! You can make a batch and reheat them quickly in the toaster oven. Perfect to take to work. You can even make them low fat!

ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (low fat biscuits if your watching your weight)
  • 6 slices of turkey or ham
  • 6 slices bacon (or turkey bacon)
  • 2 C. of shredded cheddar (low fat cottage cheese is a healthy alternative)

directions

  • 1

Lay biscuit dough flat on work surface.

  • 2

    Cut into 6 separate rectangles.

  • 3

Place small amount of cheese and one piece of turkey or ham and 1 slice of bacon in the middle of each rectangle.

  • 4

Roll dough up and secure with a tooth pick. Soak toothpicks in water for 5 minuets to prevent them from burning.

  • 5

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minuets or until brown. Remove tooth pick before eating.

notes

So easy and so good.
