- 1/2 cup white whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp low-sodium baking powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn (if frozen
- thaw prior to use, kernels from 2 cobs)
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1 12 inch oz low fat cheddar cheese, grated (about 1/4 cup)
