  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 15 oz can of chickpeas (drained but not rinsed)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cheese. Gouda or Monterrey Jack works well
  • Olive oil for oiling the grill pan
