ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 stick (8tbsp) butter, room temperature
- 1/4 c plus 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 2/3 cups cake flour sifted
- Filling:
- 1 1/2 lbs tart apples, e.g. Greening or Granny Smith
- 1 c fresh cranberries
- 2/3 c flour
- 2/3 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 c rolled oats
- 3/4 c all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 6tbps unsalted butter, melted
