- 1 Flank Steak sliced thin
- 2 tsp. Oil
- 1 cup Sodium reduced Beef Broth
- 5 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 T. Ginger minced
- 2 tsp. minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
