I always thought ice cream cakes would be impossible to make, but this is a very easy recipe. And the cake is very different and very good.
ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 (18 ounce) package small chocolate chip cookies
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup hot fudge topping
- 2 quarts vanilla ice cream
- TOPPINGS (optional)
- whipped cream
- hot fudge/ chocolate syrup
- cherries

Try using different cookies and ice cream of your choosing. For example, you can make an Oreo cake with oreo cookies and cookies and cream ice cream.
