Chewy Peanut Butter Bars

A recipe from Kathy Munro, an Alliance Dorm parent in the 80’s.If Hope wanted to make anything with peanut butter she did it this way in 1981.
ingredients
- 1/2 Cup white sugar
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/3 Cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Cup quick cooking rolled oats
