Pumpkin seed, walnut, & cherry muesli

  • 4 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 2 cups dried tart cherries

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375F

  • 2. On separate baking sheets, toast rolled oats, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds until each is lightly golden, 5-10 minutes.

  • 3. Let cool and them combine with dried cherries

  • 4. Serve with milk or yogurt and a drizzle of honey
