Pumpkin seed, walnut, & cherry muesli
4 cups rolled oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 cups dried tart cherries
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. On separate baking sheets, toast rolled oats, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds until each is lightly golden, 5-10 minutes.
3. Let cool and them combine with dried cherries
4. Serve with milk or yogurt and a drizzle of honey
