Chocolate Mousse
ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 envelope gelatin (knox)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 carton cool whip

notes
To make a 13 x9 pan- double the recipe for the mousse and use 2 cups crumbs and 1/2 cup butter for base.
