Doctor Zeus Zucchini Bread

- 3 Eggs
- 1 cups Oil (I use safflower)
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c Zucchini; shredded
- 8 1/2 oz Crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cups Nuts, chopped, optional
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
