Spicy Linguine, Beef and Broccoli

ingredients

  • 1 lb Linguine, spaghetti or thin spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets (4-5 cups)
  • 2 cups low sodium tomato sauce
  • 15-20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half (can use grape tomatoes too)
MARINADE
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced.
