Spicy Linguine, Beef and Broccoli
ingredients
- 1 lb Linguine, spaghetti or thin spaghetti, uncooked
- 1 lb flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 bunch broccoli florets (4-5 cups)
- 2 cups low sodium tomato sauce
- 15-20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half (can use grape tomatoes too)
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp hot red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced.
