Eli's favorite Pan Fried Pork Chops
ingredients
- Cajun seasoning (this makes a lot, I keep it in a spice jar)
- 1/4 cup coarse salt
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- Pork Chops
- 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 (4 – ounce) boneless center-cut pork chops
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 3 Tbsp veg. oil

Rub pork chops evenly on both sides with seasoning mixture.

Dip pork in milk, dredge in flour. Lightly coat both sides with cooking spray.

Cook pork, in batches, in hot oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
