Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana (peeled, frozen, diced)
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (Libby’s)
  • 1/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4-1 cup vanilla soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • Few shakes of pumpkin spice (Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice)
  • Few shakes of cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4-5 ice cubes

    Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon/pumpkin spice/cloves.
