Grandma’s Deviled Eggs
6 eggs 4 T low fat mayo 1/2 t Dijon mustard pinch vegeta or seasoned salt smaller pinch pepper paprika
- put whole eggs into saucepan, add enough water to cove at least 1 inch above eggs. Cover and bring rapidly to boiling. Turn off heat, remove from burner, let stand in hot water for 15-20 minutes. Cool in cold water.
