Delectable Sweet and Sour Tofu

I’m usually pretty scared about trying Tofu, but this dish was stunning. It was the first time I’ve ever had Tofu in the steak form that I couldn’t get enough of. We even stole the left over pieces from our daughter when she didn’t finish hers. Serve it with steamed rick mixed with onions and peas.

ingredients

  • 1 lb. Extra-Firm Tofu Packed in Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable or Peanut Oil
  • 1 Lime, juice and 1/2 tsp. Zest
  • 1 Juicing Orange, (or use 1/4 cup Orange Juice)
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt-Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
